Can you remember when was the last time you hear of God coming to the assistance of a needy person.  That far back eh; you can only think of those instances recorded in the Bible? So, the only accounts we have of God helping people is in Biblical times; in far far far back history if you like.  That means that, if we are to believe the Biblical accounts, only dead people God has helped.  Or, more accurately put; ' the people that God has purported to have helped, such as getting the ancient Israelites across the Red or the Reed Sea.  Have now been long dead, with nobody left to give us any first hand account of what really occurred.
