MONACO GRAND PRIX - A MATTER OF GOING THROUGH THE MOTION?
So, what should I say about the Monaco Grand Prix of the 2022 Formula 1 Season? Well, of course I could say a lot, even if much of what I would say, if honestly said, would be in the realm of a very boring and tedious grand prix. Yes, having endured the Miami Grand Prix with its rather dated and in your face Americanaesque atmosphere, well might Formula 1 fans have been looking forward to enjoying a real classic race at the Monaco Grand Prix. That, at least, might have been the hope, the understandable expectation. Because, although the MGP has the characteristic of being able to devolve into a very gruelling and tedious race. It is also a circuit which is able to and has delivered exciting races. Unfortunately, however, this year's Monaco Grand Prix delivered nothing of the kind.
