  This state of altered reality demands that people should dramatically and suddenly replace their/our perception of what is 'normal and reasonable behaviour', with the 'abnormal behaviour' which the war has given rise to.  That, as many ordinary people and health professionals know, cannot be accomplished without major traumas; pretty much reflecting the physical destruction being wrought on Ukraine and Russia. More so on Ukraine. So, what might my concluding thoughts on this war between Ukraine, primarily, and between Russia and Nato, secondarily be?  Namely this, that President Putin and Russia do have a valid case in their argument that Russia is being hemmed in by Nato countries.  And that NATO and Russia need to have effective security agreement to manage their security and co-exist.  That, as both Russia and Nato are opposing entities, their will always be some level of tension between the two.   Even as the 'unreliability curse', struck down his compatriot's, Max Verstappen's car and took him out of the race.  Something which is not an easy thing for a race to process, especially when were so close to Podium.  To his credit, Max appeared to have dealt with the situation, publicly, much better than others might have done. The race certainly was not without its probably more than fair share of drama.   With Carlos Sainz and Sebastian Vettel crashing out, and Verstappen, who seemed almost certain to place his car at P.2, if not P.1, having to bail out and turn off his engine, as fire beckons to turn it into an inferno.  With two interludes of Safety Car and one Virtual Safety Car interrupting the otherwise smooth progress of the race.  As the Gods intervened to remove some of the advantages of the leading cars.   A Big Thank You to the Formula 1 establishment for providing me with a very enjoyable Grand Prix on Sunday 10th April 2022, by way of the Australian 2022 Grand Prix.  Normally I would have been at home and waking up early in the morning, living on the other side of the world, as it were, to feast on several hours live Formula 1 car racing.  But it was not to be the usual on this occasion. I knew that I would be away from home and not be able to watch the race live, as it were.  So I opted to record it, with the intention of not watching any news about it and watching the recording as soon as I returned home on Sunday.  I had not counted on the regular exchange of Sunday morning texts between a friend and me.  So, imagine my chagrin or worry when, even before I made the return journey home, said friend text me to say how badly my "boys had done in the race."  My 'boys", of course, being the current Mercedes' racers, Hamilton and Russell.  I did not want to know
