A THOUGHT FOR NOW - LIVING HEALTHILY IS MORE EASILY ACHIEVED WHEN IT BECOMES A FAMILY'S WAY OF LIFE! PART ONE.

So, here I am, still sweating after completing my morning's workout; nothing too strenuous, as I am not endeavouring to acquire 6-packs or anything like that. Just endeavouring to give critical organs such as my lungs, heart and brain some challenge, so that they are able to aspire to do their work in keeping me fit and health that much better. We should know that feeding our bodies is not a matter of giving them nutrients from food and drinks, but also ensuring that they are put under a certain amount of strain, through physical and mental exercises. The phrase, 'if you do not use it you lose it' - or its efficient and effective usage - comes to mind. In the case of our bodies and cognitive faculties, if we do not use them, they become rusty, malfunction, and leave us becoming ill and unable to function as well as we would have; had we been healthy and fit.
