Does it makes good sense to jettison a good leader from the project of doing a good job at building a nation, simply because he/she has done their 8 or 10 year stint?  Is the two term presidential limitation a substantial obstacle to nation building? Anymore than it would be logical to argue that a leader which is busily taking the nation over the cliff of oblivion, like, say, President Nicholas Maduro of Venezuela, should be allowed to complete his tenure?
