There is something fundamentally wrong with the state of international affairs in the world today.  Especially as it applies to how the Government of the United States and the European states comprising the European Union continue to behave towards the people of other countries.  Especially those which are peopled by populations that are not of white, Christian backgrounds. The ethnocentric of European nations and governments' attitude toward the peoples of what could be characterised as 'the rest of the world.'  Those inhabiting the African, Asian and South American continents, has long been known for its quintessentially racist nature.  This approach, probably somewhat naturally, holds that the 'norms of European, western European standards and values.'  Are what should be used to measure the relative 'humanity and civilisation' of other nations. Having read the Bible, I am aware of having reportedly made mention of his 'Father who is in Heaven', but not of his human parents;  Mary and Joseph. If I were to ask Jesus Christ about his knowledge and feelings about his paternity, conception and birth, I do not know what he would be likely to say.  In any case, I is not possible for me or anybody else to do so, because none of us know how to get in touch, to contact and have Jesus Christ respond to our questions. As it were. But, suppose I were able to have a conversation with Jesus' putative father, God.  About Jesus' conception and the circumstances in which it and his birth occurred, and the implications they raise then and now. She is still capable of surprising me and others with positive comments.  Such as when I ring her and exclaim, 'how are you, mother?' And she replies: 'Not too bad!'  Such as when another member of our family rang her and got the same or similar response.   And was left momentarily perplex, not having such a positive response from her for what might have and seemed to have been years.  It is on occasions like these, when my dear mother allows herself to speak.   And not allow her aches and pains to not only occupy her body and mind, but also to become personified and speak for her, but of themselves. That this attempt towards her being positive, still leaves me wondering just how far off the mark I might be.   In my endeavour to to understand what is 'rational' and what is not 'rational', what is 'normal' and what is 'not normal' about my dear mother's thought processes.  There is the saying that,
