Had precedent been allowed to determine what is a legitimate and non-legitimate manoeuvre during the course of the 2019 Austrian Grand Prix, then Charles Leclerc and Team Ferrari would have been declared the Winner.  Undoubtedly so, if that had been the case. This race, as well as having circuit characteristics, such as its obtuse bends and run of areas, which will confront the drivers and their cars with challenging potential pitfalls and which could prematurely end their and others race.  Will also have additional risks for Team Mercedes' drivers, and will require them to demonstrate maturity and prudence.  The biggest challenger for Team Mercedes in this race is probably Vettel. This means that Hamilton does not have to take any risk which  endangers his chance of not finishing the race.  He needs to keep out of danger and not initiating any risky manoeuvre. Keeping Vettel behind him is his biggest ask.  If the circuit conditions and the evolving progress of the race provide him with the opportunity to go for a win, then so be it, but he has no need to take any grave risk to do so. Big Congratulation to Team Ferrari and Charles Leclerc, for having made it to Pole during the Austrian Grand Prix Qualifying Session.  Even as Sebastian Vettel's woes were increased, by him having to missed the final session, due to car problems. Although Lewis Hamilton and Team Mercedes have, in the manner of Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari at last week's Canadian Grand Prix.  Made it to P.2 during Q.3, he had to settle for P.4 on the Grid today, due to him having incurred a grid penalty for having infringed Kimi Raikkonen's progress during Qualifying. An occurrence which sees Max Verstappen promoted to P.2 on the Grid, and Hamilton's Team mate, Valtteri Bottas, promoted to P.3.
