By the psychological and physical pain of the process by which many, if not most of us are fated to escape the imprisonment of being alive.' It is a known fact that we all die, and yet, news of our imminent demise, or that of others, especially those close to us, can be so unbearable, shocking and distressing to us. Probably that is not all that surprising, after all, since us humans are not only fearful of losing our loved ones and people we like. But when we are confronted with their loss, through terminal illness, mortal injuries or sudden death, so are we confronted with our own demise. So, how are we, indeed, how do we deal with the pending death of our loved ones? What are our thoughts, when we, intently, or surreptitiously, gaze upon the broken bodies of our loved ones or our friends....
