This is the final part of the post, previously entitled - 'America's Second Korean War?' So now the world, or, more accurately, America, North Korea and Japan are on the bring of military conflict.   With the people of the two Koreas, North and South, being the ones who will be forces to pay the heaviest price, in thousands of lives which will be extinguished and maimed.  We can imagine that some of the strategists, both the military and political ones, will be telling themselves that the probably massive loss of lives and damaged infrastructure will be worth it.   If it will result in the removal of the Jung-un dynasty in North Korea. Some might also be seeing it as a possible opportunity for effecting the reunification of North and South Korea. It is likely that wise counsel of the like of Rex Tillerson will be doing all they can to dissuade President Trump from pressing the conflict button.   But there will be others who might be more combative

All of a sudden, North Korea has been declared by America's intelligence services to have the nuclear warhead to put on the long range missiles which it is developing.  Is this really the case, or is it the 'case which America, as she had done in creating the fog of war to invade Iraq and remove President Saddam Hussein, is making to justify spectacular military action against North Korea?  Yes, it is the case that Kim Jung-un and it his henchmen would have brought on their own heads what fate befalls them.  As they have persistently made clear the offensive, rather than defensive nature of their nuclear arms programme.  But, what of the innocent people of North and South Korea; for what would they dying and suffering? In many respects, for both the young and the old, the future is full of certainties.  Indeed, it could be said that the future is full of only certainties,  including the fact that there is the certainty that it has uncertainties. For the old, the future  might be perceived of with either resignation or fear.   Since the old knows that the time approaches when they must or have no choice but to depart from the world.  And it might be said, that,  blessed are those who confronts it, not with dread.   But with the resignation and acceptance of humans who have been fortunate enough to have led a balanced life, within the ranges of states of happiness and  unhappiness.  In the certainty that it is not given to any human, while they live, not to have inhabited both states, at sometime,while they live.  Who can now look their approaching destiny in the face, and beckons it to come and take them.  The successor of old age is the certainty of death, which will be meted

Is it because they are 'not doing it the 'West's way', and that the 'West's way is the only acceptable way'?  Is it that the West is more concerned about the means being its way, and not so much about what the outcome is?
