Paul Kagame's election as President of Rwanda for a third term, is a testament to the healthy state of 'democracy' in that country. The Rwandan people, in great numbers, have overwhelmingly endorsed President Kagame as their leader. With over 90 per cent of the electorate who voted, supporting the President. It is a clear indication of the will of the Rwandan people. It is about them telling the President and his ruling Party, that they trust him/them, with the nation's future. That they are willing to follow in the path which they have taken. Since the brutal genocidal slaughter which the Hutus had inflicted on the Tutsis, and on Hutus who refused to indulge in the genocide. Paul Kagame and others like him, have taken Rwanda, successfully, along the path of reconciliation.
