Of course, it is not only a matter of the Europeans not having the incentive or motivation.  It is also the fact the the governments of Israel do not trust the Europeans or their governments. They resent them and are not apt to listen to anything they say. Really, you might be thinking. Is it really that bad? And then, there is the X ~Factor, which is that you cannot know what unforeseen, or 'unknown unknowns, additional problems and challenges, even opportunities, Britain will have to contend with, as she goes about trying to 'create this anticipated Better Britain.'  Here, I probably should say, 'the British government will have to contend with.'  As the role of the British people, within their 'democratic system', is largely restricted to 'mandating' the ruling political party, by voting it into power, and then leaving it to implement 'it''s mandate.' You can hope that it, Brexitised Britain, will work out at the end of the negotiations.  But you still have to wonder, even be very worried that it might not, and, if it does not, what then?  The risks do seem to be greater than the promised rewards. Unless he is a masochist, it is reasonable to imagine that Rex Tillerson will have had enough of the dangerous, empowered President and 'the clowns around him.'  As well as the 'Steve Bannons', who might be pulling strings from outside the White House, as the try to control the puppets around the President. Rex Tillerson might well be the respectable face of the Trump Administration, but it would seem that he is/and has been isolated. He is the odd man out.  He is expected to become one of  Trump 'yes men; and that is not a position or role which Rex's integrity will allow him to perform.  Neither has he got the authority and influence in the Administration to keep Donald Trump in check. Or to balance the negative impact which he and his 'band of yes-people' are having on the United States and the world. Although it might be considered regrettable that Rex Tillerson is or might be leaving the Administration.  The positive is that,

So, is it ironic or ironic, that the United States Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, like Israel's Prime Minister Natanyahu.  Should have a penchant for using pictures of missile casing to explain to the world, how dangerous the Iranian government is? Remember the seminar of Netanyahu, with pen and paper and a picture of a crude bomb, explaining how close the Iranian government was towards manufacturing a nuclear bomb?  And now, here we are with Nikki Haley, with an empty and dissected missile casing behind her.  Expoundin her thoughts on how Iran has purportedly given the Houthis in Yemen the missile, which, we are told, was fired by them towards Saudi Arabia. So, let us imagine that the Iranians are really responsible for supplying this missile to the Houthis, and that they, in turn, really did fire it towards Saudi Arabia.  So what? The British Prime Minister, Theresa May, is having a rather hectic time ruling her country and negotiating the United Kingdom's acrimonious divorce, nay, accession from the European Union.  Not only is she being pummelled by her still European Union partners, many of whom might, at times, politely smiled as they meet her for further negotiations. But might also be having difficult containing their pleasure at her discomfort. It does not matter that Theresa May is not really responsible for bringing about this fearful burden with which she must do battle.  For that, she, the British people and the 27 other current members of the European Union must thank or curse the former British Prime Minister, David Cameron.  As well as the EU's resistance towards the necessary reforms which it needs.  It was DC who attempted to make short-term gains by promising a compromised solution, the Brexit Referendum, which has now transpired to have massive long term disadvantages.  A

We have to constantly monitor and review Rex Tillerson's performance.
