JUST AN ANXIOUS THOUGHT - THE CURSE OF BREXIT? PART 3.

And, notwithstanding all of this tribulation, the British people do not even have the reassurance that, the process of resuming their membership of the European Union, should it arise, would be less traumatic than leaving it.

It should be no surprise if Prime Minister May were to throw in the towel before 2019. And to become the second prime ministerial victim of the massive challenge with which the Curse of Brexit, presents, not only the British governments and people, but also the European Union and the world.

When Prime Minister May, somewhat paradoxically, argues for Brexit negotiations which would result in 'a win win' outcome for both Britain and the European Union, it does make a lot of sense. 

Why? 

Well, because a Brexitised Britain cannot be successful, if it were to be proved to be at the cost of the European Union remaining stable, secure and economically and politically  healthy. And the same goes for the global economy. 

The future prosperity and peace of the world lies in the principle and practice of shared and mutual development of nations. 

Not on one or some nations depriving others of their developmental potential, in order to make themselves 'the elites', or, at best, 'first among equals.'

Probably the best way out would be for the British government to accept that Brexit has been a massive mistake and should not be proceed with. 

That a reformation of the EU should be negotiated instead. But that would that would require pragmatism to take priority over 'Nationalism and populism.'

For now, the emphasis is all on making it, Brexit happen, and with as soft a landing or birth as the bickering parties are able to negotiate. 

Of course, while all eyes, and ears and mouths are preoccupied with the political melee, the haemorrhaging of businesses from Britain is taking place. 

The very factor which is likely to have most post-Brexit impact on the British people.
