The ability to bring joy to ones family, community and, in some cases, the world, by having a new addition to the family, be it the family of humans or lower order animals, can still be timeless.  And so it might be for the 'Swan Family', and to those observing it, as the parents take their young one for sojourn along the Canal.  Making sure that the little one remains in most secure position of their protective formation, as they do so. And then, there is the 'spiritual, intellectual and psychological' aspects of us humans.  Those aspects which endeavour to find 'a bigger purpose' for us, than that of being the 'by-product' of the 'Big Bang' theory which is believed to have resulted in the evolution of life. If only we would stop, effectively, shitting and pissing on the very bed which we must lie on.  In the very water which we rely on to quench our thirst, cook our foods, water our plants and feed our livestocks. So, I might be forgiven for feeling a bit pique, a bit of 'I cannot be bothered to hear this again.' When one of my younger relatives, probably spurred on by finding the latest bit of 'wisdom' on the internet.  Said to me. 'I will help you to know yourself.'  Really? I thought. So what have I been doing for all these years?  What about all those books I also have read, and those films, videos and TV programmes I have watched

And this new regime only wants to have the world's 'rich and voracious elites?  People who desire more freedom to be able exploit it and the poor and huddled masses within its borders and beyond?' Because we are all 'strangers' whenever we find ourselves somewhere where we are 'not know by the locals.'  And then, there are times when people will have to do business, interactions with 'strangers', like when you visit a shop in a town where the shop owner does not know you, or you them.  Or we might be on holiday in 'a foreign country', where we need to interact with the 'locals.'   At such times, we are required to assume a position of heightened vigilance, or allow our situational feeling of euphoria to guide us; we lower our feelings of distrust.
