  As for making the world a more peaceful one, well, the Obama Administrations could be credited with avoiding or delaying war between the United States and Iran.  But they made up for it by more than enough military campaigns in the Middle East, Africa and Afghanistan.  And they did much to build the foundation for the bloody war which is now being fought in the cities and countryside of Ukraine.  Between the latter and its Nato/EU allies, on the one hand, and the Russian Federation on the other.
