A THOUGHT FOR NOW - KEEP UP THE HEALTH AND FITNESS EATING AND EXERCISE REGIME!
Eating healthily and keeping and staying fit are all goals which we need to aspire towards achieving. As we look around us during the closing weeks of Autumn/Fall, we see ample signs of various species of Fauna and Flora observing these basic rules. We look at the deciduous trees and vegetation and we can observe them shedding their leaves, as they prepare themselves for what might or might not be an arduous winter. Not having to struggle to extract nourishment from their environments, which are sometimes precarious, to keep both their branches and leaves alive, they shed their leaves. Having evolved the ability to grow new ones in the Spring, when all things, as it were, will spring forth anew, as if in a floral orchestral symphony. And what of the animals, which have evolved the technique of hibernating? The bears, the foxes, the badgers, hedgehogs, squirrel, et al? Yes, we can watch them eating with a new urgency, and otherwise preparing their hibernational homes for Winter
