Which takes me to the American Senate's vote for the Republicon's Tax Reform Bill master piece. It is said that the Republicon controlled Senate have given the nod to the first hastily and badly prepared draft of the Bill, by passing it by 51:49 votes.  In other words, the Republicon  Senators  - these guys are still as Brutusian as ever they were, during the reign of Caesar. Except that it is the people whom they are now stabbing all over, and not their leaders.  By and large, voted for the Bill, while the Democratic Senators voted against it. So, looked at from another perspective, the Republicons won the initial stage by 2 votes, while the Democrats lost it by two votes.  Yes, the Tax Reform Bill, within the horse trading stable of the Senate, was 'won and lost' by a miniscule number of votes.  But, if it is eventually successful into becoming law, it will have meant that the Americans will have lost by a much greater margin than 2 paltry votes.

For the American government to place the country's embassy in Jerusalem, would be a step too far, by far.  Looked at objective, it would be a thoroughly weird and inexplicable act. After all, what could Donald Trump expect to get from such a thoroughly undiplomatic an act?  An act which would be tantamount to making a declaration of war on the Palestinians and Muslims? The very Muslim people whom his administration is busy trying to keep out of the United States of America? Being 'happy', it would appear, is a state which all of us humans aspire towards achieving.  And who could possibly blame us, when there are so many challenges and pitfalls which we need to overcome, to arrive at this place, this state of being happy. Of course, it would help us greatly, if we know 'happiness' is; if we can describe it and feel it, when we have it; proving it is tangible. So, what is 'happiness', and, is it the default mood state of us humans? Is being 'happy' the state in which we normally live and function? The only way to stop the terrible things which are being done by and to the Libyan people, is to help them to unite and rebuild their country.  But that presents many massive and costly challenges.  With probably the biggest challenge being that of bridging the chasms which exist between, as has been the case in Syria, the competing and warring forces in the country, and their external allies. Although, as we are witnessing, it really is not as costly, in every sense of the word, as the cost of the destruction of of the State of Libya, by  Europe, America,their Arab coalition, and the Libyans themselves.  Like Iraq, like Yemen, and, nearly like Syria, the people of Libya are, and will continue to find the European, Arab and American forces.   Which, with the rash invitation of some Libyans, effectively and comprehensively destroy their country.   Very reluctant to  offer them the kind and level of help and support they need to become a viable state again.  After all,
