The implications and assertions of the American Secretary of State, Kike Pompeo, in laying out the his Donald Trump's diktat today, is very clear.  They are that America has made initial, if not detail plans to militarily attack Iran.  Unless the government and people of Iran surrender Iran's sovereignty to the United States of American, and to Israel, and Saudi Arabia and its Sunni allies.
