With Team Mercedes and Lewis Hamilton's superb Pole lap at the Marina Bay Street Circuit on Saturday, it was probably not at all surprising that Sunday's Singapore Grand Prix race was not quite able to 'top it.'  Lewis Hamilton and Team Mercedes had the great start to the race which they needed to keep abreast of the chasing predatory caravan of chasing racers.  The only spectacular event during the start of the race, was Force India's Perez taking out his team mate, Esteban Ocon, and greatly compromising Force India's chances of gaining any points in the race.  Indeed, fast forwarding, Sergio Perez' impetuosity and, at least, in this race, failure to see and focus on the bigger team mate and team picture.  Instead of his rather myopic perspective, would lead him to becoming a victim of his frustration and rage.  Resulting in him side-slapping Sirotkin's car and incurring a drive through penalty. At the same time, the people of Africa, especially their intelligentsia, have to be mindful of the fact that.   As the old adage goes, you cannot make an omelette without breaking some eggs.  You cannot hold onto all that you now have, even things that you hold dear, probably because of their traditional value.   And still make space for the new developments which are necessary for you to prepare yourself for and have a better life for all or most, in the future.  It just will not happen, and can only lead to stagnation. Be it of the various denominations of theistic religions, such as  Christianity, Judaism, Islam,  Hinduism, Sikhism, et al. These religions and their advocates, their High Priests and Priestesses, are never tired of telling us about how great their gods and prophets are. How much they love humans and how they care for us.  And yet, the most striking thing about their gods, is their absence from the affairs of humans.  Their lack of doing anything positive to improve the conditions of us humans. Indeed, it has only been today that I heard one religion advocate telling the congregation about how 'you are the hands, the feet, the body of Christ.'  And of how 'Christ cannot do anything without you.'  It is not clear to me, and probably to most reasonable and objective people, why humans should need a god or gods, or 'Son of God.'  Who depend on humans for the exercise of  their purported power. Dependent on us to give them life, i
