Is going to make them prosperous, again, if ever they had been.  And yet, even if, by some chance, miracle even, one or more of them were to achieve their goal, at whatever cost.   It is most unlikely that they would be able to sustain it for more than a relatively very short period of time. Which is why it makes good sense to remove most of the detectable fat from our meat.  As well as cutting out the fat during our preparation and seasoning of our meat. We can also remove fat from it during the cooking process.  This is more easily done when we roast the meat in the oven, or when we pot-roast it.  In the former, we can drain out the water from the roasting tray after the meat is cooked, and allow it to cool down.  Once it has cooled down, we can then use a a utensil such as a spoon or fork, to remove the excess fat forming a sheet on top of the water.  Some people might call it juice, but I think water would be a more accurate description .
