Liam Neeson, a man who I rate as a very watchable and competent actor, has recent commented on some of his adverse and problematic reactions to someone close to him having been raped. Apparently by 'a black man.' He has not given any indication the details of this 'black man', who, for all we know, could be of any nationality or ethnicity, within the sometimes rather broad categorisation of perceived or self-defined as 'black.' As the report in the interview in which he commented on the incident noted, it is the unidentified victim of the report rape who told him that the alleged offender was 'black.'
