MERCEDES-HAMILTON-BOTTAS TEAM WON THE UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX! PART 1.
Some people might be forgiven, if they were to begin to wonder whether Lewis Hamilton has an investment - other than that of winning it - in the operations of the United States Grand Prix. Well, it might be doubtful, but it really does not matter, as, even if he did, his penchant for winning this Grand Prix would be an excellent advertising for it. Quite simply, Lewis is and has, it seems, made winning the United States race one of his favourite pastime. Notwithstanding the usual DNFs, which, included the unfortunate Alonso, who had just renewed his contract with McLaren. Ricciardo, whose car gave up the ghost in the early laps, and Pascal Wehrlein. The United States Grand Prix, shorn of some of its frivolous 'Americanisms', transpired to be rather gripping and exciting. What with the desperate but brave Sebastian Vettel having done an 'hare' on the Team Mercedes-Hamilton duo at the beginning of the race, and darting off ahead of Hamilton
