JUST A THOUGHT - WHEN LOVE OF THE POWER OF THE GUN, IS MORE POWERFUL THAN PRAYERS AND GOD! PART 3.

But, Americans, as a nation, might consider that they have both time and a large enough population. to cope with the ravages of their enraged country men massacring other Americans in increasingly large numbers. 

After all, the country is comprised of a massive land mass, and there are over 300 million Americans populating it. 

They are certainly right, if they are of the opinion that you cannot kill all of them with repeated and frequent episodes of unhinged individual Americans indulging in mindless bloodlust. 

Probably perceiving of themselves as their very own 'American Sniper', but on other Americans, and not on some foreign designated 'enemy.' 

Even if it is the same psyche, 'the normalisation of guns and gun violence', giving rise to both the 'national violence', and that responsible for creating 'American Sniper.' 

The Gun, it seems, is a large part of what makes the stereotypical American.

And so it is, that Americans, as a nation, have not yet reached the point where they are willing to make the appropriate amendment to their Constitution.  

So as to make 'life and the pursuit of happiness' of greater priority than their 'dubious right' to have and use guns to kill other Americans. To prioritise life over death.

So, they, especially those who have not had to be the ones paying the cost of this 'dubious Constitutional right', or who believe they need guns to avoid being victims of its use by others. 

Have determined that that cost should be paid, and is a proportionate cost to the benefits and privileges the nation is deriving from its citizens having the right to own guns and killing people with them.

It speaks volumes of the American psyche, that Americans need to have guns to protect themselves from other Americans. 

Does it not speaks of a violent people, it speaks of fear, and it speaks of something which is anomalous and incongruous to the rest of the world?
