They cannot have already forgotten the unbearable cost of the Iran-Iraq war.  And yet, however much they hate and have cause to fear war, what are they to do?  What are they to do when their enemies, the government of the United States and its operatives and hired mercenaries, are at their door?  Are they to give up their weapons and surrender their sovereignty and right to determined their own way of living?  They are being forced to fight or surrender. Consequently, the people of Iran do not have a choice; they must fight for their sovereignty.  And in doing so, they will need and have the right to develop and manufacture appropriate weapons to defend themselves from the aggressors who wish to destroy their nation. All self-respecting and honest countries and governments can or should be able to empathise with that objective. That not proving effective, the American government is now abusing, coercing, threatening and condemning European governments for not supporting it in its scurrilous and maligned policy towards Iran.  Comply or else, the Trump administration seems to be saying to the Europeans, just as they are saying to the Iranians. The maligned and malignant government of the United States is even telling the Iranian government that it should.  That it must divest itself of and do not develop weapons which are likely to be effective in securing Iranian sovereignty and its people.  That they should, effectively, tie their hands behind their backs and surrender to a government which is no better than Isil. I have no doubt that the people of Iran and its government do not want to fight a war with the United States, or with Israel, or with Saudi Arabia of all three of them.  The people of Iran know only too well the unbearable cost of wars, of its citizens being being slaughtered

If us humans are allowed to behave in a logical and rational manner, and not be feel or coerced into becoming intimidated and unnecessarily constrained by our and others fears.  Then, might we not become even more powerful than our gods?  Might we not not only remove the 'other imposed' and us maintained deceptive filter which dares us not imagine or make ourselves like God, or the gods.  But actually admit to ourselves that we had long ago earned, assumed the powers which we, humans, have ascribed to God, to the gods.  Powers which, if we are to be honest with ourselves, especially as we cannot be honest with God or the gods, for obvious reasons, only us, and not them can make use of.  

Do take a kind of 'collective responsibility or guilt' for the offences carried out by a minority from their communities. The minority who do not give a damn.  Who, so it appears, only care about themselves, and are not concern with any sense of collective responsibility.  Who are devoid of any pride in themselves, or in the people who consider them as belonging to the category of people who are, collectively, seen as and/or perceive themselves to be black. It is part of the collective burden of the conscientious black to feel embarrassed when they perceive other black people or individuals behaving badly.  Showing up black people, and doing negative and destructive, unjust things which can only serve to reinforce negative stereotypes about black people.  Doing or failing to do things which 'proves the white man's' negative image of the black man; of black people. But the evidence would seem to suggest that, European unity, such as it is, has been partly bought at the expense of fighting their wars in Africa, in part, and in the Middle East.  We are into the age of widespread 'proxy wars and conflicts', with European countries, deliberately of collaterally.  Creating, promoting or instigating the conditions which lead to or encourage disunity and conflicts and wars in some African and Middle Eastern countries.  In support of their strategic international interests. When the USA makes clear its intention to starve the people of Iran and make their lives as miserable as it can, through economic warfare on them.  Promising them, in return for the deprivation it intends to and is inflicting on them, that they will, in the end have "freedom."  A strange kind of "freedom" which is to be bought by the economic and industrial ruin of their, the Iranians' country.  "Freedom" like that which the United States and her allies have brought to Iraq, to Libya, to Yemen, and have done so much to bring to Syria.
