JUST A THOUGHT - ON HOW THINGS ARE BECOMING MORE IMPERMANENT! THE END....

But the evidence would seem to suggest that, European unity, such as it is, has been partly bought at the expense of fighting their wars in Africa, in part, and in the Middle East. 

We are into the age of widespread 'proxy wars and conflicts', with European countries, deliberately of collaterally. 

Creating, promoting or instigating the conditions which lead to or encourage disunity and conflicts and wars in some African and Middle Eastern countries. In support of their strategic international interests.

We can see this happening in the war against ISIL, with some countries in the west wanting to turn it into a Crusade, and use it as their raison detre to continue to station their armed forces in some countries. 

Such as Iraq and Syria. This, despite them also saying ISIS or ISIL, is more about an idea that being something tangible. 

In other words, ISIS or ISIL can only be defeated by 'winning the minds and hearts' of those who are its actual or potential followers. 

Or destroying them militarily, when and wherever they seek to establish their 'Caliphate.' Such as they have done in Syria and Iraq.

Of course, it is the case that the evolutionary process which all living things are a part of, including our human societies, continuous changes, making them impermanent. 

Changes, therefore, are natural phenomenon, but it is just that the changes which we are seeing in the world of us humans, are not reassuring of a better future. 

And that is a cause for sadness, even though none of us enter this world with the promise of happiness.
