JUST PHILOSOPHISING ON : SUPPOSE THEIR IS REALLY LIFE AFTER DEATH? PART 1.

Image
Yes, suppose there is indeed life after death, what then? Supposed all humans, myself included, really are pulled up by this sofar unseen Being called 'God'.  'Resurrected from the ancient graves, from the dispersed ashes and dust of long cremated bodies.  Dust and bones which has been caste into the air, into the disparate and tranquil places of the Earth and the waters of the oceans, seas, lakes and waterfall, at some point in the future?  What then? Would it likely to be a case of, Woe to me and to others who do not believe in 'God'?  Would it likely to be a matter of me and others of similar mindset to me, whom, I would argue, are more logical and rational thinkers, than those who believe in this still invisible 'God.'   Being 'lifted up and given life again.'  But this time, only to be 'put to the sword of everlasting fire.'  By being 'punished' for our non-belief, our denial of 'God' and what the religious clergies hav

And I have come to learn that that, this, is probably not different from the basic life which all people have lived. As far as the routines of growing up, sleeping, work, play and rest repetitively or routinely are concerned. And then after I had children with my wife, did I find myself having to live or get accustomed to living two separate and at times competing lives.  The life of an intense and secured relationship with my wife, and the more threatening and competing life of being a party to a three-some family life of husband and wife and mother and father of children.  And from this/that, I have learnt that it is necessary to embrace and accommodate such a life.  One which requires both parents, mother and father, to share and grow their love for each other, into one big and expanded enough to embrace and secure their children. Yes, I have learnt that children represent threats to their parents relationship and even sanity, but that they also represent the opportunities for for

And even speaking as a person who is not fully convinced about the extent and kinds of power or effects the stars and other lunar bodies can have on the thoughts and motions of the human body.  Beyond the more obvious impact of their movements on the motions of the oceans.  I, Mfanyazaki, father of Kazaliwa, is of the firm belief that he, Kazaliwa, has the astrological knowledge, inspiration, acumen, enthusiasm and dedication to make a great astrologer.  If only the other requisite factors, such as those facilitating and hindering his access to the  'astrological markets',  could come into the required alignment and boost his sales and market share.  However, notwithstanding his passion and the tremendous amount of work he has been putting in, Kazaliwa has not yet achieved his goal, but he remains as passionate and committed to doing so, as he was in the first couple of years of setting out on this journey.  Indeed, there are times when, to the observer, including myself, the

Bullying can be about overtly behaving in such a way that it makes others with whom we are interacting, feel that they are negatively different from us, that they do not fit in because of some temporary or permanent deficit.   Whether it be physical, intellectual, social, knowledge or skills based. Because of its nature, I would argue that probably everyone who has lived long enough to attained the age of, say upto 10 years old or adulthood.   Will have had some experience of having been 'bullied' and/or 'bullying' another person.  Which is why I would contend that 'bullying' is a part of the  human socialisation process.  If we or a given society aspire towards and embraces the principles of competitiveness, individualism and acquisitiveness.  Then, along with such principles comes the desire and motivation to 'win' to 'become first' and achieve the rewards of the pursuit we have undertaken.  I would argue that, be it a small or a large part o

Similarly, it would not mean that, if or because 'the ruler' happens to be a woman, then, ipso facto, 'women would be ruling the world.' It is the case, I would contend, that 'men do rule the world, but this is because men holds the dominant power balance in probably all the key sectors of contemporary societies.  Whether it be in the more technologically and intellectually advanced Western or Northern hemispheres.  Or in the lesser culturally and socially advanced areas in other hemispheres of the globe. Men are still on top of the social, political and economic spectrums. Not so for women and females in general. They have been and continue to be 'the under-dogs.'  The human species who are more oppressed and restricted by men - both subtly and forcibly - and the system of social, cultural, religious and political traditions and conventions which 'legitimises' women's and female's inferior role. A vital aspect of the systematic oppression

Self-confidence in their ability to transform themselves and the world, are necessary qualities or attributes of young people.   Nearly in the same way as the certainty of their/our approaching demise is an inescapable awareness and even preoccupation of anyone of the age of, say 70 years old. Of course, people who have attained the age of 70 years old, will themselves have traversed all the prior milestone ages, including that of having once been an adolescent and a young person.  As such, with a bit or a lot of reflective consideration, those of us who are no longer defined as 'young people.'  Should be able to recall and even identify with the sense of hope and aspiration which young tend to have.  For wanting to transform the world into 'a better place for you and for me', as it were. Now, let us move onto the subject matter of this post, namely that of, 'If women ruled the world, would it be significantly better or worse'?  Would the world be a better p

As a result of having to disbelieve what they had been taught by parents and family. Or continuing to believe it to be 'true', despite the, let us say, scientific or experiential evidence to the contrary. This should or could lead us to believe that, a child's infant and junior education period, is a particularly stressful - as well as exciting - time for them.  Being one in which key players, parents, peers and teachers, present the child with opportunities and challenges in which they compete for the child's ears and loyalties.  It is a time when parents are probably most at risk of having their influence over their child diluted, if not lost.  That occasion when the child says, but 'Dad told me this..' or 'Mum told me that..', only to find that the objective evidence is not there to support what mummy or daddy told them. The challenges with which the child has to contend and negotiates, include that of being 'bullied' by other children.  Now
