AN IMAGINARY CONVERSATION WITH GOD. PART 3








You see, god, while I do accept that we humans definitely do not know or can every expect to know everything, the more rational amongst us are of the view that it is more probably that we owe our existence to an evolutionary process which, than to a process by which a self-evolved or self-generated ‘god’ fashion us out of ‘clay’ and breathed life into us.

Why do I believe this, you ask, god? To which I am tempted to respond that you jest with me, god, as you, if you do exist and do so in the form which the less rational amongst us humans have argued are, would surely know the answer to. You see, god, unless you were to be defined as the original or basic ‘state of existence’, which I would describe as the original conditions which gave birth to the BBT, or Big Bang Theory, then the hypothesis or theory upon which you are based, makes no ‘human sense.’ 

It does not meets the test of ‘rational thought.’  Except for the original basic life form, the amebiotic life form, careful observations and analysis tells us that, for human and plant lives to be regenerated, they have to go through a process of fertilization, gestation and birth. With this in mind, I find it improbable to attribute the, let us say, the materilised and energized world and universes to the deliberated action of  the sentient being your are supposed to be

Be that as it may, god, let us agree, for conversation sake, that while we humans, and probably you yourself, are not averse to accepting that we really do not know everything. As the material, the experiential and energial world, the seen, felt and audible world and their opposites are so vast, that they probably defy the comprehension of all but the most learned of our specie - the Einsteins and Stephen Hawkins -  we have to go on the basis of what we consider to be probably and what we perceive as improbably. The Einsteins and Stephen Hawkins.



Having done most of the conversing so far, god, I would like to pose some specific issues for us to discuss.

T (Taku2u). If we begin with your creation of the world, god. Is it really the case that you created everything in on the earth, including all living creatures?

G.(God) Well, T, that is what your prophets and scholars say. Let us face it. Are there any records in any of your designated holy books or scriptures in which it is noted that, the one you are now referring to as god, stated this or that to the masses of the people? Is it not the case that men and women have, since time immemorial,  claimed that I, or the lord, has appeared to them in private and told them this and that? 

Why do you think it is that I have never been reported to have appeared to, say, thousands of people in this or that place, or, as the Pope of the Catholics does, appear on the balcony of ST. Peter’s Square in Rome? Or, for that matter, in Jerusalem, which is claimed to be an holy place by both the Jews and the Muslims? Why do they persist in having me ‘appeared’ before them only in secret and in the privacy of one or two of them at a time?


The same goes for those who state that I created the world and all the creatures therein. How could your prophets know what I did and what I did not do; considering that they also claimed that I made them, and forbade them to eat of the tree of knowledge? Quite clearly, humans could not have known how I went about making the world that your prophets and scribes claimed that I made. 

Have you ever thought why, I, the maker or creator of all that they have attributed to me, would have given man the task of recording my handiwork, when I, the supreme Magician, could so easily have commanded a record of my work to be conjured up? Have you, T, seen how complex is the biology and physiology of a tree, or a creature, especially one of your own specie? 

If I am able, according to the prophets and scribes, to make such complex bodies from simple clay, how much more easily could I have conjured up a manual of my designing and making of the world and the universes, if I were really responsible for making them?

Consider this and consider it well.
