MEXICO GRAND PRIX - LEWIS HAMILTON'S ON POLE AND ON TRACK STAYING CONSISTENT!

A Big Congratulations to Lewis Hamilton and his Mercedes Team for having won Pole position at the Qualifying for the Mexico Grand Prix due to take place this Sunday.

Congratulations to Nico Rosberg as well, for having delivered P2 position in the Qualifying, after having struggled and looking as if he would not get closer than P3 or further back, until the very last lap in Qualifying.

As usual, I do keep my eyes and ears acutely focused on Nico and Lewis to see how they interact with each other before, during and after their race. On this qualifying occasion, I am pleased to note that both drivers are continuing to interacted appropriately and impeccably toward each, with both of them speaking with and not at each other. Nico and Lewis capped it by shaking hands after qualifying, and speaking amiable about each other during the post-Qualifying press conference.

A great example for their young and not so young fans, and for all Formula 1 audience, who are able to see two great racing drivers getting on as two ordinary human beings, and leaving their racing combat egos on the Grand Prix circuit; which is where it belongs. After all, it is a person's humanity and humility which people admire most, which is not surprising, as, however long and successful ones career is, our role as human beings and the qualities we radiate, are likely to be what counts most on a human level.

A great racing driver is not necessarily a great human being, and it is better, in my view, for a great human being to be also a great racing driver, than for a great racing driver to not be a great human being. And what do I mean by 'a great human being'? Simply this, that one is not nasty towards others, do not let ones success/es be at the cost of 'enemyising' your colleagues, be too arrogant or 'puffed up' towards others. That one shows humility, especially in recognition of ones good fortune. That one enjoys ones living and endeavour to provide others with as much happiness and pleasure as one is able to, in doing whatever one is good at doing. This, I believe, could further energise such a person, and add to their 'greatness', which, after all, could be measured by the amount of people who 'love you', and the extent to which the 'love you.'

So, Lewis Hamilton, by winning Pole position at the Qualifying for the Mexico Grand Prix, has, so far, continued to do what he and his team need to do to prepare and position themselves to win the Grand Prix. He and his team is being consistent. As usual, what they now need is to have a great - that term again - start to the race; he needs to fly off the starting position, as it were, and put clear air and space between him, Nico, Max and Ricciardo and the rest. Lewis and his team need a 'hare' start, and, for that, he and his Mercedes Team and car need to be well syncronised in their thoughts, thinking and functioning. Lewis, his car and his Team need to function as one, with all three element being integral towards the success of their joint endeavour; which is to win the Mexico Grand Prix.

With the Championship title being so clearly within Nico Rosberg's orbit, Lewis Hamilton does not have to try to win it at all cost, which, indeed, is not possible. Nevertheless, it is possible for him to win it, by placing himself in the ultimate position to do, in case Nico were to falter, for whatever reasons, including the erratic and unpredictable whims of the gods.

This requires Lewis to strictly observe and adhere to the principles of, being humble, being calm, being consistent, being magnanimous, and opening himself to being the best, or one of the best receiver and conductor of positive energies within the vortex of space, air and time, through which the circuit travels. In other words, endeavouring to make himself, his car, his team and the Mexico Grand Prix circuit, for the duration of the race, as if they are integral parts of one another; vibrating on the same frequency.

May the gods give all the racers a safe race and may they all, 'winners' and 'losers', have an enjoyable and exciting race, so that the fans and audiences can share the experience.
