Seeing the world and trying to find the 'truth', from ones vantage point.'

 So, in my view, how RT is presenting this issue, can only advance the case of those Germans, and other nationals, who oppose Angela Merkel's approach to dealing with the migrant and terrorist issues. Which begs the question, does RT supports the 'anti-migrant' case, and the position of the AFD; either ideologically or as a tactic or strategy to achieve some other political objective?

 I am aware that broadcasters and the media in all countries are engaged in propaganda with a view to achieving their masters and or owners' interests, and are doing so even when they are actually providing something beneficial for the listener and viewers. Yet, I am disappointed that RT's sometimes failures are so glaring, as to suggest that, like much of the western media, it is disrespecting its audience, by treating them with the contempt of assuming that they are not as discerning as we really are.
Even when the 'truth' is known, the knower might have a motive to falsify it.

Grow up, RT, and demonstrate more circumspection in and intellectual competence in how you produce and present some of your news and current affairs programmes. Having one or two  probably not randomly selected persons, whether in Aleppo or Germany, putting the 'for' and 'against' 'view', is not the same as being 'objective' and/or 'neutral' or 'impartial', in how you present what is happening.
In trying to better understand the world and what is happening, it is not sufficient to have a multitude of different media outlets, especially if they are presenting the same view. Neither is it a sufficient safeguard to have one or more voices appearing to be 'crying in the wilderness of misinformation and propaganda', if that or those voices were to prove themselves just as or only a bit less unreliable than  the deafening chattering of the others.

 If RT wants to be a cut above the rest, it needs to develop a culture of near unmatched honesty, professionalism, and integrity in how it produces and presents its programmes. Its audience need to be proud of declaring that they listen to and follow RT.
