JUST A THOUGHT - ARE THERE TIMES OR MOMENTS WHEN FATE ARE 'BLIND' TO US?

So consider this. At moments and times when others around us are losing their heads, literally and/or figuratively, and others seemed to be immuned to losing theirs. 

 Is it because fate is 'blind' to them and not able to see them, hear them or harm them, even in darkness or in light? 

 Is it because they are not fated to come to any harm on that occasion, that moment, that time? 

And, if it be so, are they then able to intervene, to thwart fate's injurious and deadly work on other? 

 Or would such an intervention only prove successful in the case of others to whom fate is also 'blinded', on that occasion, that moment, that time?

 Are surviving 'heroes' people who are able to do 'heroic' things at times of great peril.  

Simply because they are not fated to be struck by tragedy, to lose their lives, on that occasion, that moment, that time? 

 And are therefore more empowered and invincible than those whose fate it is to suffer at the hands of fate? 

 That their fate is to 'escape' unscathed or largely unscathed, on that occasion, that moment and that time?  

Until their time, our time, my time, your time, has arrived. And there is no denying the fate which shall take us to our final destination, to our destiny!

 Endeavour to continue to live you life and achieve the greatest pleasure and happiness, because, cometh that final journey which leads to oblivion, and our reconstitution into unergosumed matter.

   It is unlikely that things were ever getting better.   So, what are my thoughts about Hamas' unprecedented attack on parts of Israel, which has resulted in hundreds of men, women and children, some of them soldiers, being killed and thousands of Israelis becoming shocked and traumatised as they have probably never experienced before?
