EUROPE AND THE WORLD AT A TRANSFORMATIONAL PERIOD IN HISTORY? PART 11.

The happiness and survival of the masses. It is not about just creating more jobs and employment. 

More wealth, increasing the level of education, although it is vital that us humans should become more aware of how, not so much 'different peoples.' 

Since we are all the same species, but people in different parts of the world, making use of their particular circumstances, are living their lives, and how their worldviews are derived from those circumstances. 

So, yet, the increase of knowledge is crucial, so that better understanding can be had, and set the basis for better cooperation among humans.

It is not likely that this kind of enlightened leadership is going to come from the 'old world.' 

Not from the United Kingdom, from America, or France. Quite simply, they have become somewhat of a spent force, and have taken the world as far as they are able to do. 

Probably just as how Christians and other religions have looked to the East for their 'spiritual salvation', so should the world now also look to the East for leadership of the world. 

Not the religious leadership, as I still consider religion to be more of an hindrance to than a promoter of the achievement of human happiness. 

It is the case that one of the biggest gripe or bugbear the western elites have about the Chinese and the Russians, who are the most eligible candidates for assuming the mantle of 'first among equals', for world leadership.  

Is that they are not as tolerant to the expression of the 'rights of the individual' and 'freedom of expression' as are the west. 

While this  might be the case, at present, and in a still evolving situation, it is clearly better to be ruled by a relatively intolerant state, than by the unaccountable and non-transparent deified doctrine and clergy of any religion.

And so it seems to me that, the Americans, British and French should be playing a lesser role in the leadership of the world. 

With the primary actors being the Chinese, Russians, Iranians, Brazilians, South Africans and the Germans.
