EUROPE'S REFUGEE PROBLEM AND HOW IT COULD BE RESOLVE! THE END!

This means that, the concept of providing a 'national and global minimum wage' for everybody of working age, say, could be fraught. 

If it does not take into consideration the social and psychological evolutionary stage of the particular country and/or society.

So, creating more wage-earning jobs in poor African, Asian and other countries, would not be just one part of a more complex, global development. 

With the different aspects influencing the others. For example, if their are more jobs in poorer countries, then, it removes some of the factors driving their people to move to Europe and America to get jobs.

Having jobs means that they would have more financial independence, be less reliant on patronage from family and tribal and/or religious affiliations. 

Yes, it would provide these countries and societies with the necessary conditions to undertake, more quickly, the process of freeing themselves of the mindsets, the traditions and societal factors which are constraining their socio-economical and political advancement.

With money in their bank account, instead of emigrating abroad, they now have the choice of simply going on holiday there. 

Thus reducing the competition and differential social and other pressures in these western countries.

But these things can only be achieved, if Europe makes an appropriate and coordinated attempt to manage the three dimensions of the massive challenge which the migrants and refugees present it with. 

Namely, deal with the migrants and refugees in Europe appropriate and according to 'due process' and some level of expediency, in order to expedite it. 

Take effective and coordinated action with all the relevant countries to prevent additional migrants and refugees leaving embarkation points for Europe. 

Including setting up temporary camps in those countries, if necessary.

And, lastly, with relevant international partners, institute massive investment programmes in the most affected countries.  With a view to creating and improving necessary infrastructural and job-creating schemes. 

So as to reduce the need for the citizens of these countries to feel or have the need to emigrate to Europe and America.

It is poverty, ignorance and economic despair on which mindless extremism such as the doctrine of 'Islamic State' feeds, and it these which all the countries of the world need to successfully resolve. Until this is done, the comparative 'oasis of peace and tranquillity' in Europe and America. 

Will continue to be threatened by waves of refugees and migrants, from those parts of the world where 'Islamic State' and other murderous groups which are practising their own cancerous version of Islam, are holding sway. 

In the meantime, the poor, the conflicted and those who are aspiring towards enlightenment, will continue to target the beacon of Europe and America. 

As they aim to escape the unrealised 'Eldorado' and brutality of the men of violence.

And who could blame many of them, when we see the intellectually and logically dead men of Islamic State, replacing the enquiring and fertile minds and developing intellect of young children.  

With their infantilistic 'doctrine of the unthinking dead', and telling them that it is all in the service of God? 

Would all of such children who are at risk of such mindless indoctrination, not qualify for refugee status, in order to protect them and their supposedly 'infidel targets'?

Of course it would!
