JUST PHILOSOPHISING - ON AVOIDING ANNOYANCE ESCALATING TO DESTRUCTIVE ANGER AND RAGE! PART 3.

These emotions, anger and rage, can have physiological, psychological, social and physical consequences.  

For both the person exhibiting them, and for those being exposed to them. As they are likely to evoke physiological anxiety and fear responses in the people directly involved. 

The display of these emotions are also likely to adversely affect the atmosphere and security of the people around those who are immediately involved, as it reverberates outwardly. 

The person displaying the anger and rage, is likely to become more disinhibited.  

Which will enable them free themselves of the personal and social rules which would have helped them to control their perceived over-reactions, to the situation. 

Instead of using their social awareness and ability to empathise and control their behaviour.  

They use the suspension of them to try to control their external environment, by their display of anger and rage. 

The expression of which seems to feed and sustain it. 

While those who are looking on, react with fear, embarrassment and, depending on their allegiances to the primary actors in the situation, shame. 

Shame, which they earnestly desire to become the dominant emotion of the the primary actor or actors. As it would, probably, force that person or persons to step outside of their ego, and cringe and move away from the situation.

A hope which might well be frustrated, as it seems to be truly difficult.  For a person, pumped up with the blinkered and intensely felt feelings of indignation.  

Of perceiving themselves to have been slighted, victimised, wronged.  To be able to pull themselves back from falling into the chasm of intense and destructive anger.
