NORTH KOREA'S KIM JUNG-UN - HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS HITLERIAN PSYCHOTIC. PART 2.

What is clear is that Kim Jung-un is doing a great job souring the relations between America and China, and Russia also. 

This does not augurs well, as, while Kim Jung-un is busy trying to place the world under duress, the Americans are doing the same to the Chinese.

But what should the do? Should they contrive to have Kim Jung-un killed by foul or 'fair' means? 

Whichever proves to be the quickest and less likely to trigger the massive onslaught from the North Korean government, which we have oftentimes been told would be the likely response? 

Well, if it can be done, then so be it, as it is infinitely better that one mad man should die, instead of him causing the deaths of tens of thousands.

North Korea is not Iraq of 2003, neither is Kim Jung-un on par with the late Saddam Hussein, who was a brutal dictator, but not a psychotic one like Kim Jung-un.

So, what can be done, that might not directly trigger the cataclysmic response which it is feared a military attack on North Korea would elicit?

Economic sanctions? China being coerced into imposing total and immediate sanctions on North Korea? 

Would such complete sanctions, which would also target the hapless and long suffering people of North Korea, not breach the human rights of the ordinary North Koreans? 

Or could that be seen as an exception which would be justified on the basis that it is the only non directly lethal means of effectively combating Kim Jung-un and his persistent madness?

Still, any such 'justification' would be on very shaky moral and legal ground, since, you do not attempt to punish or remove a tyrant by adopting the strategy of adding your feet to yoke already crushing their necks.

But, would it be successful, and, if so, how long would it take, and what other fiendish actions would Kim Jung-un take or precipitate, in the meantime?

And so it seems to me, that the world should be also be looking to the practitioners of abnormal psychology and of psychiatry.  

In their attempts to finding an appropriate, and, non-catastrophic strategy for removing Kim Jung-un and his government from power.
