CONTEMPLATING ACHIEVING 'EQUALITY' AND 'FAIRNESS.' PART 7.

Indeed, it is arguable that this form of human socio-political, economic and demographic organisation, is of decreasing viability as a model  for the more complex world of the future.

Too often, in fact, almost invariably, the independence of a country or a region of a country, results in something much less than what the people thought it would have been.

With probably the greatest benefit being accorded to the masses, being their right to vote to choose their leaders, where that right is not denied them.

While the the local ruling elites, and the vested global economic interests manipulating them, continue to accumulate any wealth the the country has.

Consequently, in many instances, for the masses, 'independence' is no more than a sham which is used  by political activists and the ruling elites, to manipulate the masses, even when they, the elites, do not genuinely believe in it.

In terms of their standard of living, any improvement will oftentimes not be the result of their newly acquired status of 'being an independent', or, for that matter, 'a liberated country.'

All of which simply adds to the dilemma of humans, as we are presented with the problem of, not only having to contend with not being able to create enough jobs employ an increasing global population.

But also the fact that changes in the means of production and wealth creation, is and will require a decreasing amount of labour, as a factor.

A reality which could debase and devalue people, both as humans and as a source of productive labour.

A reality which cries out for human societies to move away from making having an economic job, as the only or primary means of acquiring a liveable income.

Which is why the world, humans, cannot continue to tolerate a situation in where the ruling economic elite continue to hold onto, lay calm to and accumulate more of the world's scarce resources and wealth.

And deprive increasing proportions of the world's population of a viable means of support.

It is a situation which requires a greater and more equitable redistribution of the means of the means of production, and the products produced and the wealth generated from both.

To be continued!
