JUST A THOUGHT - ON THE HYPOCRISY AND FOLLY THE RULING POLITICAL CLASSES. PART 1.

There is great controversy taking place in the British political establishment at present. 

The same being fuelled by the British media. So, what is the cause of this great controversy, and controversy is really the operative word, since we are not talking about an informed, open and honest debate occurring? 

No, we are talking about an emotional and almost Christian fundamentalist controversy, witch-hunt, even. 

An inquisitorial investigation of alleged wrong-doing by some workers of  Oxfam, one of Britain's major charities. 

It is not a debate, because all, or nearly all the commentaries, reports, opinions, etc, seem to have placed Oxfam in the dock.  

In the public pillory, although no criminal investigations have yet taken place. 

But who needs the police and judiciary to carry out investigations and decide whether there are prima facie  grounds to bring criminal prosecution.  

When you have the baying investigators journalists of the media, and the 'former employees and victims' to do the work? 

Who needs to be bothered by concerns about due process of law and principles of natural justice; about one being perceived as innocent until proven guilty? 

When innuendos, fake and manufactured 'facts' and 'news' can do?

And so it is, that the British media and the political elites, are in free flow. As they say, they are on a roll, having 'something' to get their sharp teeth and canine noses into.

The focus of their frenzied activities is not about the increased violence which the people of Syria are currently having to contend with.

   It is unlikely that things were ever getting better. But, at least the Palestinians were alive, they had their homes, their roads, water, electricity, the basic requirements for having at least a basic life.  They had more freedom of movement in their 'reservations' than they have now, with the storm troopers crawling over and around them as so many wasps.  So, yes, it is likely that, for the majority of Palestinians who are being forced to pay the price the Zionist Israeli State has decided to extract from them, the attack of 7th October might be considered to have been a tactical mistake by Hamas and the other Resistance Fighters.   So, what are my thoughts about Hamas' unprecedented attack on parts of Israel, which has resulted in hundreds of men, women and children, some of them soldiers, being killed and thousands of Israelis becoming shocked and traumatised as they have probably never experienced before?
