ISRAEL'S FAILED BLITZKREIG AGAINST THE PALESTINIANS HUMAN RIGHTS DEMONSTRATION. PART 4.
More often as a first, rather than a last resort.
The response of the State of Israel to the Great March of Return has been to try to crust it, by killing and maiming what is, in the absence of an armed attack on the State, a massive number of Palestinians.
It has responded with a what is in effect a 'blitzkreig' attack on the marchers.
Something which is probably on par with Britain's 'Amritsar Massacre', and, more recently, and probably significantly, Apartheid South Africa's 'Soweto Massacre.'
Yes, the number of dead and injured are not the same, but, in terms of the significance of the events, their is a certain amount of shocking resonance.
The challenge for the Palestinians are a tremendously difficult and complex one.
As I have said, they are, in effect, the 'modern day people of the proverbial Land of Israel', just as how the modern day inheritors of the State of Israel, are, in effect, the Ancient Egyptians.'
If the Palestinians attempt to use peaceful means to challenge their oppressors, then they are taken advantage of by the State of Israel, and deprived of more of their lands, and their oppression is made more unbearable.
If they resort to attempting to use violent means to defend and protect themselves and their lands from the State of Israel.
Then the latter uses that as their rationale to be more brutal and violent in their oppression of them, and attempt to destroy them utterly.
While Israel's supporters use 'the violence of the oppressed' to 'justify' and defend Israel's brutality.
Confronted with such a terrible dilemma, it is easy enough for the Palestinians to think and feel that they 'have nothing to lose', and to futilely sacrifice their lives, existing livelihoods and future.
But they would be wrong. Such a mindset benefits only the State of Israel.
