JUST A THOUGHT - ON BRITAIN'S, FRANCE'S AND THE UNITED STATES' PLANNED AGGRESSION AGAINST THE PEOPLE OF SYRIA. PART 1.

'So, by what legitimate means or mechanisms, do countries acquire the authority and 'right' to intervene in other countries to assert and exercise that 'authority' and 'right' which they assume or presume themselves to have? 

Are they 'given' such 'authority' and 'right' by the people they declare themselves to be 'helping', be they the some of the nationals of the country they are intervening in, or their own nationals and governments? 

And, if so, by what means do 'the people on whose behalf these countries declare they are acting, acquire the 'legitimacy' to call on the intervening countries to come and fight on their behalf? 

Are there 'offences' for which one perceived offending country must be "punished" by other countries?  And, if so, what is the process, means and procedure for determining the nature and severity of that "punishment"? 

Is it to be the ad hoc decision by the governments of one or more countries with vested interests.  

And whose ability to be impartial, has already been compromised,  to take this onerous path towards making war on the perceived offending country/ies? 

Would such action meet the high standards which should be required of civilised countries attempting to mete out 'justice' to an individual, corporate body or another nation'? 

Or is it the autocratic way of the imperial and colonial dictator and bully?'

How the world has changed, that it should now be Russia which is standing, almost alone, against the illegal and immoral attempt by Britain, France and the United States to carry out a destructive and deadly aggression against a sovereign state, Syria?!

It is of great importance that Russia and Syria and their Iranian allies, do not allow this attack to be carried out without it being opposed in the most militarily robust manner. 

If a terrible precedent is not to be set, or reinforced, it is vital that the three attackers be made to pay a very heavy price for their aggression!

The 'War Drums of the Western countries which are making the case for war against Syria, are becoming frantic.  Even as the leaders of these countries become more banal in citing their presumed justification. 

But without any serious thought to satisfying the legal requirements for the attack which they have already decided on.
