JUST A THOUGHT - ON THE WEDDING OF MEGAN MARKLE AND PRINCE HARRY, NOW DUKE AND DUCHESS OF SUSSEX! PART 2.

There are also other symbolisation which the Royal Wedding could represent. 

Such as its political significance, and its significance, if any for the advancement of Britain, as a society which 'fully' reflects and values its 'racial', ethnic and cultural diversity. 

Indications of which we have seen in the organisation and conduct of the wedding.

However, although it is, or, more accurately, had been the case that Royal Weddings are not weddings between two people. 

But rather, where the bride and groom are from different countries, are between their two Kingdoms and countries. 

In the 21st Century society in which we are living today, at least, probably the majority of us. 

It is only fitting that we should first celebrate the wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, as that representing the love of a man and a woman for each other. 

Both carnal and spiritual love. Of both of them being the soulmate of the other. No more and no less so, in the first instance.

So, to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, A Very Big Congratulation on your wedding, and may you have a long and happy marriage, blessed with any children you plan to have, and, of course, a relatively happy family life.

Now, what about those other issues which we could see the marriage of the now Duchess and Duke of Sussex symbolising? Let us take, first, that of what some people might see as it symbolising 'black' people and 'white' people coming together. 

It is, of course a fact that black and white people have beenn inter-marrying for hundreds, if not thousands of years. 

Consequently, the act of a woman of colour, a 'mixed' woman of colour, to be more precise, coming together and marrying a white man, in the image of the former Prince Harry,is of itself, no big deal, you might conclude. 

There are many examples of a 'famous' and ordinary black people or people of colour marrying white partners, and vice versa.
