JUST PHILOSOPHISING - ON THE SECRET LIVES OF HUMANS! PART 1.

So, what goes on in our contemplations, as we go about our 'normal' daily lives, as might be perceived by others look on at us? 

Even ignoring us, engrossed in their own contemplations about their own lives?

What do we think about, worry about and even feel elated about? 

Do we not all live secret lives, lives about which we do not disclose or fully disclose to others? 

Even those who are closest to us; our loved ones and friends who have become our closest non-relative confidante? 


'Are you keeping secrets from me'?  Those who profess their love for us, or we, might ask, or even demand of the other? 

To which, if we are honest or rash, might respond affirmatively. Momentarily be unaware of where the incipient inquisition might eventual lead. 

But our loved one might have already concluded or suspected, prudently, you might think, that secrets are indeed being kept. 

So an answer is really not necessary; probably just a confirmation. So the enquiring party continues.


Did we not make a promise that we would not keep anything from each other?  That we would not lie to each other? 

The annoyed or angry lover, demands of his/her love. With more than an hint of accusation that something wrong is being covered up by the other. 

Which, in deed, might well be the case. Yes, we did, and there is nothing that I am keeping from you! Rejoined the other. 

I would not keep anything from you. He or she further adds, to reinforce the point being made.
