JUST PHILOSOPHISING - ON THE DESTRUCTIVE AND MISGUIDED EXCESSES OF POLITICAL CORRECTNESS. PART.1

We are living in very uncertain and worrying times today, with both the forces of 'good' and 'evil' forming an alliance to shut up and shutdown people who want to raise difficult to address issues. 

The matter of 'political correctness' has gone mad, and we must now wait for the bubble to burst.  

So that some balance and sanity can return, so that we can, again, ask difficult questions, and have debate about important issues, without having to tiptoe around like we are walking on hot coals. 

That we can talk about ethnicity, race, culture, sexuality, immigration, migration, crime, etc, without being accused, wrongly, of being racist, sexist misogynist, abuser, exploiter. 

So that we can have 'adult discussion and debates.' That we can acknowledge that one or more of the participants, probably because they are women, or men, gay, or black, Chinese, or an actor.  

Might find part of the debate or discussion a bit uncomfortable.  

But that that is not going to prevent us discussion it. That we can acknowledge that it is only by identifying and naming an issue, by describing a problem, can we honestly and properly discuss it.

It is in this context that the former British Foreign Secretary, Boris Johnson, is being threatened with banishment, even if, as the misguided and infantilistic 'liberals' are demanding. He does apologise for having compared the Burqa with 'a post box', and 'bank robbers.'

It is in this same context that I believe the leader of the British Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn, is being coerced, even by other members of the party's leadership, to accept a definition of 'antisemitism' which he and others find problematic. 

It might not be conscious and or very organised, but there is a war going on and being facilitated by some of  the media. To get us all to subscribe to and maintain their definition of what 'legitimate' views and opinions to have. 

And, if we do not submit, they seek to marginalise, ostracise and destroy us/you.
