It can allow us to get on with our lives and the other person/s to do the same. 

Sadness will occur sometimes, when we think of how differently things might have been.  

But the fact is that it is as it is, and sometimes it really is best that we accept it and live the lives we are living.  To the best of our ability, and not be deflected by self-pity, guilt and/or hatred and spitefulness.

If we cannot make a thing, a situation better, or improve on it, then, only spitefulness, hatred and the lack of compassion that would lead us to act in a manner which inflames it.


Which seems to be of the Duchess of Sussex's father, Mr Markle's, every reported rantings relating towards his daughter. 

Aided and abetted by muck and scandal-seeking sections of the populist press and media.  

Mr Markle never seems to be tired of exhaling, when it would have been more prudent for him to inhale, hold his breath and, probably, utter the prudent words: 

'no comment; it is not about me, I just wish my daughter and her husband a happy and long life.'


Instead, if the press is to be believed in what it is reporting as being Mr Markle's views about his daughter and her new extended family, is proof of the old adage, that there is no fool like an old fool. 

Sadly, for Mr Markle, and for the Duchess and Duke of Sussex and the Royal family.  

It is also proof that it would be very dangerous for them to have any close liaison with Mr Markle.  As he has shown himself to be so utterly lacking in prudence, diplomacy, tact and loyalty to anybody, except himself.

Mr Markle should get a responsible life; it is not good enough to be exploiting the current circumstances of his daughter for either fame, fortune or infamy; if that is his intention and motivation.
