Before the fairy tale marriage failed, and she fell from grace, as it were, tragically died in a terrible car crash on 31st August 1997, at the age of 36.

 Yes, it is the fairy tale marriage of Diana Spencer and Prince Charles, which has given rise to another fairy tale romance and marriage between a Prince and a 'non-Royal.' 

 That of Prince Harry, the son of Charles and Diana, and Meghan Markle. 


A royal marriage is, of course, no everyday event. It is more worthy of the people's attention when it is a marriage between a royal family and a 'non-royal family.' 

 But it is even more special and commanding of the people's attention, when it a marriage between people of different ethnic origins.

 A marriage between two people presents inherent challenges, obstacles and opportunities for it to be either successful or unsuccessful. 



A marriage between a Prince of the British Royal Family and a 'non-royal woman of mixed White-Black American parentage. 

 Probably increases the challenges and obstacles mitigating against it being successful. 

 You see, it is not just about two people in love living their lives and being left to live it freely and in the manner they desire. 

 No, this is not just or only a marriage between man Harry and woman Meghan.
