REFLECTIONS ON MAKING IT TO THE SMILING DENTIST.. PART 3.

You are required to be mindful of inconsiderate drivers who hug the inside lane of the motorway like leeches. As they approach entry points to it, and be prepared to slow down, or speed up and make a risk entry onto it, or even stop. 

Everything needs to be constantly observed, monitored, aligned, coordinated and executed; sometimes rather boldly and even with a feeling of 'whew' or 'wow, that was a bit close.'  

On most occasions, the motorway entry manoeuvre can take place uneventfully, and this was one of those occasions, for me.
Allowing me to enter the motorway.

I had only one junction to travel, before I would be taking the slip lane to make my way for the other few miles to Smiles Dental Practice. 

As the saying goes, in no time at all I was nearly there, but found that I was too early. 

So I decided to make my way to a retail park and parked. Before making my way to a well-know DIY store to check if I could find a kitchen grid switch. 

But there was none, so I retraced my steps and make my way to Smiles and parked the car. 

Upon making my way to reception, I was given an effusive welcome by a member of staff I have known for a number of years, but have not seen for sometime.

You see, my relationship with SDP goes back to what could now be described as many years. 

Although not as far back as the incident which has given rise to the establishment of the relationship.

That went back to my late teens, when  I was playing football with some mates one lunchtime, and had the misfortune to have the ball kicked with a lot of force and smashed me in my face.
