'CONVERSING WITH GOD' - ON GIVING MEANING TO PEOPLE'S LIVES. PART 4.

T.: We have to abide by the traditions, the religious beliefs and customs, by the rules and even laws which our ancestors have set down. 

We can sometimes think a thing, but not be able to utter it or put it into action.

L.G.: By which, T., I take it that you mean individual humans have their path determined by the group and/or the leaders of the group; the elites?

T.: Precisely so, L.G. And, depending on which part of the world we are living in, and the benevolence or malignancy of the government that governs over or exploit and abuses us. 

We will have alot, or little or no power to exercise what might be called 'free-will.' Such as that which the ancients said you, L.G., bestowed upon Adam and Eve. 

After they acquired knowledge and decided to choose their own path, instead of continuing to decide for them.

L.G.: Yes, I gathered that, T. And, as you said, I, according to the ancients, have experienced that with 'Adam and Eve', even if I do not quite recall the incident of which the ancients spoke. 

But, let us return more directly to your primary concern, T. That of your, of humans search for purpose, about you feeling or thinking you are lost.

T.: Oh, yes; I am sorry if I digress or, rather, have been elaborating too much. Returning to the matter of us human's searching for the purpose of why we are here upon the good earth. 

Being born, living in happiness and suffering, sometimes, oftentimes, most terribly, and then dying. 

Of why we have been able to evolved and be able to acquire the knowledge to build the technology to explore and exploit the earth and the space surrounding it.
