And that I am minded to perceive a large part of her theory as an aberration of her anxiety ridden mind?

 And what about the fact that a cctv camera has not been installed outside the door where this man is purported to be living? 

 Does this not make it that more unlikely that said man would be anonymously targeting her?

 And yes, in terms of its chronology, it all seems to have been started by the somewhat inexplicable delivery of that parcel, to the wrong address.


Does this woman see that package as representing something far more significant, sinister even, than what was in it?

 Is it been perceived as the means, the method by which an accursed spirit has been brought into her home to torment her?

 Yes, are we, am I now dealing with something, with things which are taking place within the realm of the paranormal?  


Of adverse or deteriorating mental health? Is there really any qualitative difference between 'what is real and what is not real', but is perceived' by her, to be real? 

 Is it not the case that what she perceives to be real, even if it should not be so, 'not real' to me, and probably to others, as well. 

 It still has the power to adverse affect her health, and, yes, probably mine as well. 

 Am I at risk of dismissing her concerns, her real fears and anxieties as having no basis in 'fact', in 'reality' or logic?
