JUST A THOUGHT - ON HOW DEALING WITH DRUGS, KNIFE AND GUN CRIMES, IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EVERYBODY, AND NOT JUST A 'LAW ENFORCEMENT PROBLEM.' PART 2.

Places where people become negatively conditioned to and by their environment and circumstances in which they are living. And, yes, it must be said. 

 The people who live in these area and condition, for probably different reasons, do have to take some of the responsibility for things becoming how they are. 

 Just as how they will have to and must take a lot of the responsibility for taking action to improve them. 



And not entirely expect or depend on the 'outside forces' of the government, including the police, to come in, intervene and resolve the problems which are impacting them. 

 After all, the outside forces will or might only act where 'they' consider it to be in their interest to do so.

According to The Sun newspaper, 92 people have been murdered in the British capital of London, upto September 2018. 
Notwithstanding the fact that all deaths, except where they result in the release of the deceased from terrible pain and/or a vegetative state of being, is a tragedy for that person and their loved ones. 


And deaths which occur from the ruthless acts of violence arising from arguments, malice, gang conflict, wars and conflicts between groups, tribes and nations.  Are of a higher order of unconscionable criminality. 

The figure of 92 deaths, are not that high, on the one hand, and, on the other, are 92 more than there should have been. 

Yes, figure compared to figure, 92 people murdered is small, in comparison to the hundreds of thousands of Britons who die, from various causes, including murder, each year.

Diplomacy ought to be the process by which nations, through their governments, establish and maintain mutually beneficial and peaceful relationships between them; Diplomacy is not, like the Gulf Cooperation Council members and their allies, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain and the UAE states, trying to bully and intimidate Qatar into doing their bidding, by surrendering its sovereignty.  Neither is diplomacy what the American government is doing, in using sanctions to force the governments of states of Iran, Russia and North Korea, into complying with its demands.  About what action they should or should not take in pursuing what they consider to be in the interest of their countries and people.  No, none of this is diplomacy. Rather it is method of force and compulsion, which is not synonymous with principle or practice of diplomacy.  Which is about the art of establishing and maintaining peaceful and mutually beneficial relationships between different countries.
