THE TRIAL OF JEHOVAH, CHRISTIANITY'S GOD. PART 8.

So, what are they to do; how do they explain this phenomenon of Mary being pregnant when Joseph proclaimed himself as 'not having known' his bride yet?

Well, Matthew went on to tell us that, Joseph considered the option of secretly banishing Mary  from the village of Bethlehem.

However, before he had time to give effect to his plan, Joseph had another dream, rather conveniently, you might think.

Which was to have the effect of not only saving Mary from the terrible disgrace, ostracism and possibly homelessness of being a and spurned woman with child.

But a subterfuge which would make her 'the most blessed of women.'

Because "the angel of the Lord", in the dream, told Joseph that he should not be fearful of keeping Mary as his wife.

Because she had been made pregnant by "the Holy Ghost."

Now, it would make good for Mary to have come up with this explanation of how she became pregnant.

Had she been unfaithful to her husband, Joseph. Laying the responsibility onto the gods would have avoided the need for Mary to who was really the father of her child, so that that person could be held to account.

To be continued!
