AM I AN ANTI-SEMITE, OR BEING ANTI-SEMITIC? PART 19.

For the most conservative and fundamentalists of Jews, there will be no distinction between the what we could define as the 'stereotypical antisemitic.'  

People who have, historically and intergenerationally, inherited a misconceived hatred of the Jews as a people. 

And other people whose sense of humanity and justice, have led them to adopting a politically 'anti-Israel' approach in their response to the 'Israel-Palestine' conflict.

It is just not enough for the Jewish pro-Israel elite, and their state and other supporters, to place their particularistic Jewish worldview of the world, at the centre of humanity. 

And then use it as the model with which to define and measure the legitimacy and validity of the struggles of other people, to achieve their interests. 

Where they conflict, appear or are perceived as conflicting with those of the State of Israel.

So, yes, it is probably not surprising that my exploration of whether or not I perceive of or believe I am an 'antisemite' or can be 'antisemitic.' 

Should have led me back to the 70 plus year continuing Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

While it is the case that, sadly, like racism in general, antisemitism is 'alive and still virulent.'  

It is also the case that some Jewish activists and other supporters of the state of Israel.
