MONACO GRAND PRIX 2019 - ANOTHER P.1 AND P.2 FOR TEAM MERCEDES, BUT...! P. 2.

How do you keep your sanity, your concentration, your sense of differential from the spinning environment which is beckoning you to 'let go of your perspective and merge into into it, to become one in the resultant 'big bang'?

 This challenge would probably have been felt most acutely by Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen.  

 As the former, apparently frustratedly, and annoyingly, fought with his despair over his relentlessly degrading tires and feared diminishing hope of taking Car 44 to the Checkered Flag. 



While still keeping the braying, threatening and even more frustrated Max Verstappen behind him, as he does so. 

 I said 'annoying', because that was how I felt about Hamilton's stating of the obvious. Him berating Team Mercedes for not having put him on the Hard tyres which his challengers had on. 

 Instead of digging deep, emotionally, to replicate the strong practical application which he was displaying in, despite his verbalisation to the contrary, keeping Car 44 ahead of the pack and eventually winning the race. 

 Even though he had exceeded the prescribed life of the tyres by 18 laps.

   It is unlikely that things were ever getting better.   So, what are my thoughts about Hamas' unprecedented attack on parts of Israel, which has resulted in hundreds of men, women and children, some of them soldiers, being killed and thousands of Israelis becoming shocked and traumatised as they have probably never experienced before?
