G.: Be that as it is, then, T. Let us accept that I will maintain what you say is my established position of not commenting on or intervening directly in the affairs of humans. 

And let us return to the real subject matter of this conversation. The question of whether the birth of Jesus Christ was the result of immaculate conception or Mary having an 'extra-marital' affair with another person.

T.: Oh, yes, please let us return to it, G. I mean, this is certainly a matter of great importance; not just for me, a doubter, as the faithful might want to categorise me. 


But for all Christians, for all those who believe or have, unquestioningly accept the 'story of the birth of Jesus Christ.'

G.: Yes, I can see how strongly you feel about this matter, T. But does it really matters that much, whether the conception and birth of my reputed son a deliberate deception or is based on fact?

T. Well, yes. It does, G. Not just a matter of whether is it 'fact' or 'fiction', as it were. 

Because it is, I believe, that people should know 'what is the truth', and then be left to choose to believe or not believe what they have been told, knowing that it is one thing or another.
